Wir suchen für unseren virtuellen Service Center verantwortungsvolle und initiative Kundenberater, mit denen wir gemeinsam Zukunft schreiben werden. 

Wir arbeiten im Bereich der Energieversorgung in Deutschland.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Ausführliche Recherche in verschiedene Datenbanken und Internetquellen mit dem Zweck den Besitzer eines Objektes zu ermitteln.
  • Kurze telefonische Rücksprachen (eingehend und ausgehend) mit verschiedenen Ämtern und Institutionen, Vornutzern, Besitzern usw. 
  • Verifizierung und Aufnahme von Kundendaten
  • Dokumentation der Rechercheergebnisse im System
Das bringst du mit:
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2)
  • sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und diversen Systemen
  • mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Service Center Branche ist wünschenswert (nicht obligatorisch)
  • selbstständiges Denken und Arbeiten
  • Lust auf Kunden und Kommunikation
  • stabilen und ausreichend schnellen Internetzugang
