Our people are in-house talent partners to some of the fastest-growing scale-ups out there – including Klarna, Mollie, Onfido, Trustpilot and Supercell to name a few. They treat recruitment as a craft and have the autonomy and opportunity to make a massive positive impact on the scaling journeys of our customers. In short, they build awesome teams for awesome companies that go on to reach Unicorn status, get acquired or IPO. Something we – and they – think is pretty damn cool. Since launch in 2013, we've partnered with over 50 founders and their teams globally. We've helped to scale 12 billion $ unicorns and 14 tech companies pre-acquisition or IPO. We're remote-first - always have been and always will be. We believe in a culture of trust, ownership, authenticity, and impact – where everyone has a voice and can thrive in our community. Our promise is to continue to create an environment that nurtures - an environment where our people love what they do.
