Job description

About Nerdio

At Nerdio, our mission is to simplify the lives of IT professionals and maximize their Microsoft Cloud and end user computing investments.

Deploying, managing, and cost-optimizing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, and Intune is technically complex without a purpose-built management layer on top. Nerdio is that layer. We automate what Microsoft’s native tooling leaves manual, so enterprises and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can run cloud desktops at scale with lower cost, less operational effort, and less migration risk.

Founded in 2016, Nerdio is used by more than 15,000 organizations in over 50 countries and was named Microsoft’s 2024 Americas Partner of the Year. Our vision is to be the control plane that makes Microsoft cloud workspaces simpler, more efficient, and cost-effective at scale. How much of that opportunity we capture depends on go-to-market execution.

We are a fast-moving, nimble company looking for people who are collaborative, empathetic, driven, and who love to move at the speed of light.

About the role

Nerdio is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Field Enablement to be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and our direct and partner sales organizations. You will make sure sellers and partners understand our products, our positioning, and our customer value, and can use that story to drive better outcomes for sellers, partners, and customers.

You will partner closely with Nerdio’s Sales Enablement & Readiness team, which leads onboarding, training, certifications, sales methodology, and field execution for sellers and partners. As part of Product Marketing, you will create the messaging, positioning, competitive insights, and content that power these programs. Together, the teams will equip sellers and partners to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell Nerdio solutions.

What you'll do

  • Translate product into field-ready messaging. Turn strategy, releases, and positioning into clear value messaging, talk tracks, and proof points for direct sellers, MSPs, and Microsoft co-sell teams.
  • Own launch readiness. Partner with Product and PMMs on field launch kits delivered ahead of general availability. Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Readiness to establish launch timelines, readiness requirements, and content delivery milestones, enabling Sales Enablement to partner on the training, rollout, reinforcement for field readiness.
  • Build product-led sales content. Create pitch decks, solution briefs, battle cards, customer stories, and ROI tools tailored to direct and partner motions.
  • Equip partners and co-sell. Work with Partnerships and Partner Marketing to create partner-ready content that makes MSP, channel, and Microsoft co-sell motions repeatable.
  • Close the feedback loop. Gather field, partner, and customer insight, including win/loss and competitive intelligence, and turn it into recommendations that sharpen positioning and inform the roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement. Align on priorities and supply the product content for their onboarding, training, and playbooks.
  • Use AI to scale. Speed up content creation and help the field apply AI in their own workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6+ years in B2B technology across product marketing, field enablement, or GTM roles, with experience supporting both direct and partner sellers.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear value for sellers and varied buyer personas.
  • Strong writing and content skills across PMM formats (battle cards, solution briefs, decks, launch kits).
  • Track record of cross-functional partnership with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Marketing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn field, customer, and competitive insight into clear recommendations.
  • Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, AVD, Windows 365, Intune), plus Microsoft co-sell or Microsoft Partner Network experience.
  • Experience enabling MSPs, resellers, or other channel partners.
  • Background in end user computing, cloud desktop, or device management markets.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM.
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology company.
