  • Coordinate on-site engagement activities during events, supporting Inside Sales Representatives, Sales/Commercial attendees, and Marketing partners as needed to maximize meeting execution and client engagement
  • Support roadshow execution by coordinating attendee outreach, meeting confirmations, client-facing schedules, briefing materials, and post-roadshow follow-up activities in partnership with Sales/Commercial stakeholders
  • Execute post-event follow-up outreach to attendees and prospects, ensuring timely and accurate logging of all interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Support the development and execution of event-related email and campaign communications, ensuring corporate-sponsored event outreach aligns with Marketing strategy and sales-funded event outreach aligns with commercial account priorities
  • Coordinate approval and version control of messaging and campaign assets with Marketing, ensuring final materials are ready for use in sales engagement tools and aligned with brand, compliance, and commercial standards
