Job description

About The Back Room

We exist to free our clients' time so they can focus on what they do best — growing their business. We deliver smart, efficient solutions that liberate teams from the everyday admin, and we hold ourselves to the same standard. Time is the ultimate currency, and we treat it like it.

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and creative Content & Knowledge Management Intern (OJT) to join our team. This multi-faceted role is designed for a student who is eager to bridge the gap between creative multimedia production and structured organizational knowledge. You will play a vital role in capturing, designing, and documenting essential knowledge assets, helping ensure our team and audience have seamless access to high-quality training and publication materials. This internship offers hands-on experience across the entire lifecycle of digital content—from initial filming and graphic design to process mapping and learning management system file handling.

  • Perform post-production editing on recorded footage, splicing, cutting, and syncing media files.
Enhance videos with text overlays, transitions, basic animations, and clear audio mixing.

Design & Publication Layout:

  • Translate concepts into visually compelling and professional design layouts:

  • Design striking publication materials, graphics, and layouts for corporate presentations,
    handbooks, or newsletters.

  • Create social media elements, promotional banners, and instructional visual assets using design
    tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva).

  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and digital materials
