The Expertise and Skills You Bring
The Team
The Performance, Attribution & Product Disclosure team supports all Fidelity advisors and investment staff by addressing reporting needs for performance, attribution, and competitor analytics. The team is responsible for monitoring portfolio, index, and third‑party data, as well as validating portfolio‑level performance, attribution results and competitor peers group rankings. Analysts review fund‑ and holdings‑level activity to compile, research, and validate performance and attribution outputs, ensuring accurate and high-quality reporting to support our business partners. The team produces daily, periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual), and ad hoc performance and attribution reports that decompose portfolio returns on an absolute, relative, and peer basis. These insights support internal reporting, Board of Trustees materials, marketing deliverables, and portfolio management discussions.
