Job Description

• Lead estate planning matters and provide personalized legal guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
• Draft and advise on wills, trusts, and comprehensive estate planning strategies.
• Manage and grow your existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand your practice.
• Develop thoughtful legal solutions that help clients protect their assets and plan for the future.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys on complex legal matters and client needs.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our estate planning practice.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of estate planning experience.
• Established, portable book of business of $350,000+.
• Strong background in estate planning, wills, trusts, and client counseling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Attorneys from established firms, boutique practices, and solo practices are encouraged to apply.
