Job description

Position Overview:

The Manager, Employer Brand Communications will lead the content strategy for Trinity Life Sciences’ employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) communications program and its amplification across external channels. This role will bring Trinity’s employee experience, culture and impact to life across external channels to strengthen brand awareness and reputation, foster employee pride and engagement, and help Trinity attract top talent. The Manager, Employer Brand Communications will define the strategy, establish measures of success and lead execution in close partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR, Corporate Communications, Marketing and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

●      Develop and lead Trinity’s employer brand and EVP content strategy, defining priority audiences, channels and content to strengthen Trinity’s reputation and competitive position among top talent.

●      Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and business leaders to understand talent priorities, recruiting challenges and employee experience, translating those insights into strategic communications and campaigns that support talent acquisition goals.

●      Monitor employer brand and talent market trends, including competitor positioning and practices, to inform ongoing strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.

●      Lead employee storytelling and content development that captures authentic voices and real experiences from across Trinity, through employee profiles, videos, blogs, social media and other formats; partner with Creative/Design to develop compelling, brand-aligned assets.

●      Own and optimize Trinity’s employer brand presence across external channels and platforms — including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, Handshake, Punchbowl and Trinity’s Careers pages — with a reputation and response management approach that keeps Trinity engaged with candidate and employee feedback in alignment with company vision and values. Build relationships with key platform partners to understand performance, identify opportunities and strengthen Trinity's presence and reach.

●      Build employee advocacy and employer reputation programs that encourage employees to share their experiences and engage with Trinity’s employer brand, including employee review initiatives, workplace awards and recognition programs, and amplification of employee and company achievements across PR, social and internal channels.

●      Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns across social, web and other digital channels, using SEO and digital best practices to increase the visibility and reach of Trinity’s employer brand and EVP; manage associated budget and external agency and platform partnerships.

●      Establish and manage a measurement framework to evaluate employer brand performance across reputation, awareness, engagement, audience growth and talent acquisition outcomes, using insights to optimize the program and demonstrate impact.

Future Growth & Development

●      Employee Communications: Partner with Corporate Communications and Knowledge Management team to evolve Trinity’s SharePoint presence and employee communications ecosystem, creating greater alignment between the internal employee experience and external employer brand.

●      Executive Thought Leadership: Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing and business leaders to assess and develop an executive thought leadership program, including competitive research, program strategy, content development and measurement.
