  • Assist with researching billing items and gathering information needed by billing team members to resolve outstanding requests or discrepancies.
  • Monitor designated Billing mailboxes, organize incoming requests, and route or escalate items to the appropriate team member for follow-up.
  • Assist with tracking outstanding billing requests, deadlines, and open items to support timely completion and follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for routine eBilling activities, including gathering documentation, maintaining tracking information, and assisting with other assigned tasks.
  • Support month-end, fiscal year-end, and other high-volume billing periods, as well as departmental projects, process improvements, and data-cleanup initiatives.
  • Perform other billing-related administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree, college coursework, or additional education in accounting, finance, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, finance, billing, or professional-services environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures, exercise sound judgment within the scope of the role, and appropriately escalate questions or issues.
  • Can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across the Finance department.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to learn and effectively use financial, billing, document-management, and workflow systems.
