An exciting opportunity has opened at Arc Network for a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in the launch of HR Tech Abu Dhabi.

Arc Network connects business communities wherever, whenever and however people need to come together to meet, network, learn and grow their businesses. The business operates a portfolio of leading events, media brands and communities across a range of industries and markets.

HR Tech Abu Dhabi will bring together senior HR, People, Talent and Technology leaders with the innovators, solution providers and organisations shaping the future of work. The event will explore the rapidly evolving world of HR technology, AI, workforce transformation, employee experience and digital workplaces.

This is a particularly exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will be joining the team at the launch stage of a new event in Abu Dhabi, with the opportunity to help establish the brand, build its audience and shape its marketing strategy from the outset.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing of HR Tech Abu Dhabi's event launch. Candidates will require a special mix of strategic and tactical skills to be successful.

Working closely with the Portfolio Director, commercial team, content, operations and wider marketing function, you will develop campaigns that build awareness, drive registrations and generate high-quality commercial leads.

You will need to be proactive, commercially minded, organised and target driven, with the ability to work at pace and take ownership of campaigns from initial concept through to delivery.

This role will suit an experienced events marketer who enjoys building brands and audiences and is excited by the opportunity to help launch a major new HR technology event in the Abu Dhabi market.

  • Social Media: Manage social activity, particularly LinkedIn, to build awareness, engagement and audience growth
  • CRM & database management: segment lists, manage registration data, and build persona campaigns
  • Website Management: Ensure event sites, landing pages, registration journeys and marketing collateral are current, accurate and optimised for conversion
  • Partnership & media coordination: liaise with media partners, associations, government entities, etc
  • On-site support: event-day marketing execution, photography/content capture
  • Post-event: performance reporting, follow-up campaigns, post-show surveys
  • Multilingual content coordination: Arabic/English campaign localization

Experience Required

  • 1–3 years in marketing, ideally within events, exhibitions, hospitality, or B2B services
  • Experience working with or exposure to MENA markets
  • Fluent English; Arabic (native/fluent) strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Email platforms, Google Analytics)
  • CRM/registration platforms (Salesforce, Cvent, Eventbrite, or regional equivalents)
  • Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop/InDesign a plus)
  • Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking
  • Familiarity with WordPress/CMS for event microsites
  • Strong written communication (English required; Arabic strongly preferred)
  • Project management and multitasking under deadline pressure
  • Cross-cultural communication (working with diverse exhibitor/sponsor base across GCC, Levant, North Africa)
  • Attention to detail (registration data, branding consistency)
  • Adaptability — event industry has intense pre/post-show crunch periods
