Job description

Delta Institute is a global education company helping high school students explore future career pathways and gain meaningful real-world experience before university. Through personalised mentorship, industry-based experiences, and programs spanning fields such as business, technology, AI, coding, and more, students develop practical skills and tangible outcomes that strengthen their university applications and prepare them for their future careers.

As part of Crimson Education, Delta works with students, mentors, and teams across markets worldwide, delivering programs designed specifically for ambitious high school students.

The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Marketing Associate (Campaigns & Growth) to help drive Delta Institute's global marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns from concept to execution, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by measurable business outcomes. You'll work across email marketing, social media, webinars, product marketing, content, CRM and growth initiatives to generate qualified leads, increase consultation bookings and contribute directly to student enrolments and revenue. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, Admissions and regional teams, you'll help execute marketing initiatives that move prospective students through every stage of the marketing funnel – from awareness to consultation to enrolment.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Campaigns, Growth & Conversion
  1. Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.

  2. Own campaign execution from briefing and audience segmentation through launch, monitoring, follow-up, and post-campaign analysis.

  3. Support qualified lead generation and contribute toward Delta Generated Revenue (DGR) targets.

  4. Support Push-to-Consult and other bottom-of-funnel campaigns designed to convert existing leads into consultations.

  5. Support ongoing experimentation across messaging, audiences, channels, and campaign formats to improve lead quality and conversion.

Digital Marketing & Content
  1. Manage Delta’s social media channels, including content planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.

  2. Support SEO strategy and execution, including on-page SEO and organic search performance.

  3. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing journeys to improve engagement and consultation conversion.

  4. Coordinate independent webinars, information sessions, and other marketing-led events, including promotion, registration, communications, and follow-up.

Product Marketing
  1. Support product marketing strategy and execution across Delta's portfolio, translating program features, student outcomes, and differentiators into clear and compelling market-facing messaging.

  2. Develop and maintain product positioning, key messages, value propositions, and campaign angles for new and existing programs.

  3. Support go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and program updates, including audience identification, messaging, channel strategy, campaign execution, and launch communications.

  4. Collaborate with Product, Sales, Admissions, and Delivery teams to understand product developments, customer insights, and sales feedback and translate these into marketing opportunities.

  5. Develop product-specific marketing materials such as sales collateral, email campaigns, social content, landing page copy, webinar content, and campaign briefs.

  6. Conduct competitor and market research to identify changes in customer needs, market trends, competitor positioning, and opportunities to strengthen Delta's product offering and messaging.

Performance, Reporting & Operations
  1. Monitor campaign and funnel performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-informed recommendations.

  2. Monitor product-level marketing performance, including leads, conversion, customer interest, and revenue contribution, and recommend adjustments to positioning or campaigns based on results.

  3. Maintain marketing documentation, campaign calendars, processes, and relevant CRM/marketing systems.

  4. Collaborate with Sales, Admissions, and regional teams to ensure marketing activities align with commercial priorities and product needs.

What skills and experience are required?

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or campaign management.

  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.

  • Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Comfortable interpreting marketing data and using insights to improve campaign performance.

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A commercial mindset with an understanding that successful marketing drives qualified leads, conversions and revenue -- not just engagement.

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global and remote environment.

  • Curious, proactive and eager to experiment, learn and continuously improve.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with education, EdTech, or international education.

  • Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.

  • Basic design experience using Canva or other similar tools.

  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market campaigns.
