Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years minimum proven experience in digital marketing or a related field with a portfolio of previous work. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot). 
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and willingness to develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. 
  • Team player with a positive attitude, adaptable nature, and willingness to contribute to team goals and support team members. 
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and creatively problem-solve while following directions, deadlines, and guidelines. 
  • Preference for experience with GoHighLevel CRM. Preference for private office space as a remote work setup.

Core responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels. 
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including scheduling, content creation, asset management, and distribution for timely and effective delivery. 
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Create and curate content for marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media updates, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Support content development by writing copy, designing graphics, editing videos, and formatting documents in alignment with brand guidelines. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for positioning. 
  • Assist in digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media management, email marketing, and online advertising.
