Onze vestiging in Athene draait een drukke Nederlandstalige servicelijn, en we zoeken mensen die de standaard hoog kunnen houden. Startdatum: 2 november 2026.

Uw werk wordt besproken in feedbackgesprekken, zodat u gestaag kunt blijven verbeteren. Elk dossier dat u afsluit, brengt een klant dichter bij een helder antwoord.

Uw taken:

  • Bevestig elke oplossing bij de klant voordat u een dossier sluit
  • Stapsgewijze oplossingen uitleggen in duidelijke, eenvoudige taal
  • Volg uw eigen kwaliteitsscores en gebruik de feedback
  • Stel verbeteringen voor die herhaalcontacten verminderen

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Heldere, professionele communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Oog voor detail en nauwkeurige administratie
  • Basisvaardigheden op computergebied en vertrouwen in webgebaseerde tools
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
