Een team in Athene zoekt sprekers van het Nederlands die zich willen aansluiten bij de klantenservice. Startdatum: 19 oktober 2026.

Deze functie vraagt om geduld, duidelijke taal en een rustige toon, ook wanneer iemand gefrustreerd is. Het grootste deel van uw dag gaat op aan luisteren, het probleem begrijpen en de volgende stap uitleggen.

Uw taken:

  • Gebruik interne kennisartikelen om antwoorden te controleren voordat u reageert
  • Volg uw eigen kwaliteitsscores en gebruik de feedback
  • Houd klanten op de hoogte van termijnen en de volgende stappen
  • Factuur- en accountvragen met zorg en nauwkeurigheid afhandelen

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Basisvaardigheden op computergebied en vertrouwen in webgebaseerde tools
  • Het vermogen om georganiseerd te blijven bij het behandelen van meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Geduld en een behulpzame houding, ook in moeilijke gesprekken
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
