El objetivo de esta posición es brindar soporte al equipo de Sourcing en procesos de compras, calificación de proveedores y actividades relacionadas con servicios especializados, apoyando directamente a la manager del área y al equipo de sourcing en diversas tareas operativas y administrativas.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar apoyo directo a la manager del área y al equipo de Sourcing en actividades diarias.
  • Apoyar en procesos de compras y seguimiento de requerimientos.
  • Participar en la calificación y evaluación de proveedores.
  • Dar seguimiento a tareas administrativas y operativas del área.
  • Colaborar en la organización y priorización de pendientes para asegurar cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
  • Utilizar Excel y herramientas de Office para el control, seguimiento y análisis de información.
  • Conocimiento en IA es un plus

  • Persona proactiva, dinámica y con muchas ganas de aprender.
  • Buen nivel de organización y responsabilidad.
  • Sentido de urgencia y capacidad para manejar prioridades.
  • Actitud de servicio y disposición para apoyar en diferentes tareas del área.
  • Interés genuino en procesos de compras y sourcing.
  • Perfil altamente ordenado, comprometido y con iniciativa.

Requisitos

  • Estar estudiando una carrera como: Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Relaciones comerciales o afín
  • Contar con mínimo 1.5 años antes de graduarse
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado obligatorio.
  • Manejo de paquetería Office, especialmente Excel.
  • No es necesaria experiencia laboral previa.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar 40 horas a la semana
  • Preferentemente vivir en CDMX, Querétaro o Monterrey.
  • Modalidad remota.
