We bouwen een Nederlandstalig team in Athene op en zoeken mensen die graag anderen helpen. Startdatum: 19 oktober 2026.

U behandelt dagelijkse verzoeken van begin tot eind en schakelt alleen door wanneer dat echt nodig is. Deze functie vraagt om geduld, duidelijke taal en een rustige toon, ook wanneer iemand gefrustreerd is.

Uw taken:

  • Factuur- en accountvragen met zorg en nauwkeurigheid afhandelen
  • Volg open dossiers op, zodat klanten niet hoeven te wachten
  • Houd klanten op de hoogte van termijnen en de volgende stappen
  • Houd dossiergegevens nauwkeurig en actueel

Vereisten:

  • Vloeiend Nederlands
  • Goede kennis van het Engels voor interne tools en schriftelijke documentatie
  • Geduld en een behulpzame houding, ook in moeilijke gesprekken
  • Heldere, professionele communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
  • Ervaring in klantcontact is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist
  • Een rustige werkplek en een betrouwbare internetverbinding voor thuiswerken
  • Gerechtigd om in Griekenland te werken (EU-burgerschap, een geldige werkvergunning of een bewijs van vluchtelingenbescherming)
