  • Conducting clinical audits and supporting quality assurance initiatives across the service.
  • Leading the implementation of clinical policies, procedures and governance requirements within your team.
  • Acting as a trusted clinical advisor and escalation point for colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Supporting the development and mentoring of clinicians through coaching, feedback and clinical supervision.
  • Promoting a positive learning culture and encouraging continuous professional development across the team.
  • Supporting recruitment, induction and onboarding of new clinicians.
  • Monitoring clinical performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive service excellence.
  • Collaborating with operational and clinical leadership teams to support strategic initiatives and business performance.
