  • Proactively leverage Copilot and Cowork to streamline executive workflows, automate administrative tasks, improve reporting, summarize meetings and communications, and increase organizational productivity.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting packages, and business intelligence tools using Power BI and Excel.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency through Microsoft's AI and productivity platforms.
  • Help drive adoption and best practices for Copilot-enabled ways of working across the leadership team.

Organizational Effectiveness

  • Operate independently while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Identify and resolve issues from incomplete or conflicting information.

  • Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, HR, IT, Facilities, and Security teams as needed.
