Entry Level Management Associate

Job Description

We're looking for an energetic, motivated Entry Level Management Associate to help lead one of our retail partner's locations. No prior management experience required, this is an entry-level path into retail leadership, with full training provided as you learn to coach a team and drive sales.

As an Entry Level Management Associate, you'll support daily operations, This entry-level role is built for someone who wants to grow into leadership, not someone who already has it figured out.

What You'll Do As Our Entry Level Management Associate:

• Practice sales conversation skills to help boost sign-ups
• Support daily retail operations
• Help coach, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Consultants
• Assist with customer escalations and resolve concerns professionally
• Lead by example through strong customer service and sales performance
• Help build a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth

What We're Looking For In Our Next Management Associate:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No leadership experience necessary, we'll train you
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn coaching
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving instincts
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
