Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst – Epic Willow Ambulatory for a healthcare client in Texas. This is a remote, 3-month contract opportunity with high possibility of extension supporting the design, implementation, optimization, and maintenance of clinical information systems across a large healthcare organization.

The ideal candidate has strong Epic Willow Ambulatory experience, including implementation and/or conversion experience, and can independently support medium- to high-complexity clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, build, test, implement, support, and optimize Epic Willow Ambulatory.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows.
  • Support implementations, conversions, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
  • Translate clinical and business requirements into application solutions.
  • Support Incident, Change, and Problem Management using ITIL processes.
  • Partner with Clinical Informatics teams on standardized workflows and best practices.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, troubleshooting, and go-live activities.
  • Maintain application documentation, workflows, testing scripts, and support procedures.
  • Identify enhancements that improve efficiency, user experience, and patient safety.
  • Serve as an SME for assigned applications and support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience may substitute.
  • Advanced experience supporting clinical information systems in healthcare.
  • Experience with medium- to high-complexity clinical applications.
  • Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation and/or conversion experience required.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.
  • Current Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large healthcare or multi-facility organizations.
  • Experience leading Epic implementations, conversions, upgrades, or optimization.
  • Knowledge of medication management and ambulatory pharmacy workflows.
  • Clinical Informatics or Healthcare IT experience.

Benefits

Hourly based on experience: W2: $79-$83/hr



Salary: W2: $79-$83/hr
