Job description

Overview:

Senior Scrum Master is a servant leader and Agile champion responsible for guiding multiple Scrum teams toward high performance, continuous improvement. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, builds strong team cohesion, and partners with product and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes. The Senior Scrum Master also mentors Scrum Masters and contributes to evolving Agile practices across the organization.

  • Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Smart Sheets, SharePoint).

Pay Range: USD $111,496.30 - USD $139,370.38 /Hr.
