A DAY IN THE LIFE:

In this role, you'll support the delivery of HR operations across our international employee population, helping to create a seamless employee experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.

Own key employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding across multiple international locations.

Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees and managers, responding to enquiries and guiding stakeholders through HR policies, processes, and systems.

Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation including contracts, letters, employee communications, and other HR records.

Maintain employee files and HR records, ensuring a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with local employment and data privacy requirements.

Support HR Business Partners with employee relations administration, documentation, investigations, and other HR initiatives as required.

Generate HR reports and workforce data, supporting business reporting, audits, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making.

Contribute to regional and global HR projects, helping implement new processes, improve ways of working, and enhance the employee experience.

Act as a key Workday resource for the International HR team, supporting employee transactions, organisational changes, reporting, audits, testing, and ongoing system enhancements.

Develop and maintain strong Workday expertise, supporting data integrity and helping drive efficient, scalable people processes.

Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Manage the creation, maintenance, and updating of employment contracts, offer documentation, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.

Work closely with Talent Operations colleagues to support recruitment administration, process consistency, and effective use of Workday throughout

the hiring lifecycle.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Professional HR accreditation such as CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent.

A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and people administration.

Strong working knowledge of employment documentation, HR compliance, employee records management, and HR processes.

Significant experience using Workday, including employee transactions, organisational management, reporting, recruitment processes, and data integrity activities.

Experience supporting HR reporting, audits, workforce analytics, and process improvement initiatives.

Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

You'll stand out if you also have:

Experience supporting international or multi-country employee populations.

Experience supporting employee relations activities, investigations, or HR case management.

Experience supporting Talent Acquisition operations, including interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, and contract administration.

Knowledge of employment practices across multiple jurisdictions.

Experience supporting global HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
