Position Requirements

The Corporate Systems Application Analyst is a key member of the Business Technology (BT) Corporate Systems team, reporting to the Manager, Corporate Systems. This role serves as a subject matter expert supporting NAPA’s Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and related enterprise applications.


The analyst is responsible for day-to-day support, configuration, testing, issue triage, documentation, and continuous improvement of Conga CLM within the Salesforce platform. This role will support the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract creation, workflow, approvals, negotiations, execution, and ongoing contract management.


In close partnership with Legal, Managed Care, other related operational stakeholders, BT teams, and external vendors, this role translates business requirements into scalable, compliant system solutions that enhance user experience, streamline contract processes, and drive business outcomes.


As a member of the Corporate Systems team, this role will also have opportunities to support and contribute to initiatives across additional enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Phenom, 6Sense and other corporate systems owned business applications. Success in this role requires strong Conga CLM and Salesforce expertise combined with technical curiosity, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn and work across an evolving enterprise application landscape.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide ongoing administration, configuration, support, and maintenance of Conga CLM.
  • Support and continuously improve the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including contract creation, templates, clause management, workflows, approvals, negotiations, execution, and post-execution activities.
  • Serve as a strong consultative partner to Legal, Managed Care, and other business and functional leaders to understand requirements and identify opportunities to improve contract processes through technology.
  • Configure and maintain Conga CLM functionality, including contract templates, clauses, approval workflows, business rules, user access, and related system components.
  • Partners with business stakeholders, BT teams, Conga & Salesforce resources, and external vendors to troubleshoot issues, improve application efficiency, monitor performance, and recommend process and system enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while considering user experience, security, compliance, controls, and long-term maintainability.
  • Drive the deployment of new features, enhancements, and system maintenance, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, data, workflow, and integration issues across Conga CLM.
  • Support integrations and data flows between Conga CLM and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, integrations, capabilities, and support procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Develop knowledge of and contribute to initiatives involving other Corporate Systems platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and other enterprise applications as business needs evolve

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting, administering, configuring, or implementing Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Hands-on experience with Conga CLM deployed on the Salesforce platform
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce administration and platform concepts, including objects, fields, relationships, permissions, workflows/automation, and reporting
  • Experience configuring and supporting contract lifecycle processes, including templates, clauses, workflows, approvals, and contract data
  • Experience gathering and translating business requirements into application configurations and technical solutions
  • Experience with application testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues across interconnected systems and business processes
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability and willingness to learn and support additional enterprise applications and technologies as organizational needs evolve
  • Experience with Agile methodologies

DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with additional Conga products and capabilities, such as Conga Composer, Conga Sign, Conga CPQ, or related solutions
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certification
  • Conga certification or formal Conga CLM training
  • Experience supporting or implementing integrations between Conga/Salesforce and other enterprise applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Phenom, 6Sense, or other enterprise platforms
  • Experience working within a Corporate Systems, Enterprise Applications, or Business Technology organization supporting multiple business functions
  • Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, controls, and best practices
  • Prior experience working with a Conga or Salesforce implementation partner
  • IT experience in a healthcare environment preferred
