Job description

Company Description

Founded in 2021, Revalize empowers manufacturing businesses to better design, model, develop, and sell—powering greater outcomes across the entire manufacturing value chain. Revalize leads with an AI-forward mindset—using technology as a catalyst, not a compass. We value initiative and adaptability and seek professionals who embrace AI-driven innovation to drive business results in a rapidly evolving market.

We’re shaping the future of manufacturing technology with industry-leading CPQ, PLM, and design solutions that transform data into opportunity and accelerate the journey from idea to cash.

Revalize serves more than 16,000 global customers and is a portfolio company of TA Associates and Hg.

Job Description

Revalize Software helps manufacturers across North America (NORAM) and Europe configure, design, and deliver complex engineered products through our PLM, CPQ, and Design & Engineering (D&E) solutions. As a Sales Coordinator on our NORAM direct sales team, working remotely from the US, you will be the backbone of our NORAM Account Executives and Account Managers. You will keep pipeline data accurate in Salesforce, keep deals moving from first conversation to signed order, and give prospects and customers a fast, well-organized experience. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success. You will also bring curiosity to AI-assisted tools, finding smarter ways to automate routine work so the sales team can spend more time with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce (accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities), so pipeline data is reliable for forecasting.

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-ups for Account Executives and Account Managers, including scheduling customer and prospect calls across US time zones.

  • Prepare and issue quotes and order forms in line with Revalize pricing and approval guidelines.

  • Support contract and renewal administration by tracking key dates, preparing documents, and coordinating with Finance and Legal.

  • Follow up on inbound leads with Marketing, route them to the right seller, and support campaigns and events.

  • Serve as a first point of contact for prospects and customers, answering routine questions quickly and escalating when needed.

  • Partner with Finance, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to resolve order, invoicing, and onboarding handoff issues.

  • Build and share regular pipeline and activity reports for sales leadership.

  • Uses AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done — identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve

Qualifications

  •  A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 1- 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a similar customer-facing administrative role, ideally in B2B.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, and confident use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines at once.

  • Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools to make every day work faster and better.

  • Based in the US with the right to work there, and able to work effectively in a remote setup.

Preferences/Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sales teams at a B2B software company, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial technology.

  • Familiarity with CPQ, PLM, CAD, or ERP concepts, or with quote-to-order processes.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.

  • Experience with sales engagement or revenue intelligence tools (for example Outreach or Clari).

  • Working knowledge and ability to speak French

  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot to automate admin tasks, summarize meetings, or draft customer communications.
