Als Team Leader PDX Sales übernehmen Sie eine Doppelrolle als strategischer Vertriebsleiter mit eigenem Vertriebsgebiet in Österreich und der Schweiz. Sie verantworten die kommerzielle Entwicklung des PDX-Geschäfts, führen und entwickeln das Außendienstteam weiter und treiben nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum in der Region voran.

Dabei kombinieren Sie operative Vertriebsverantwortung mit strategischer Führung und arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Business Units, Marketing, Service und weiteren Divisionen zusammen.


BESCHREIBUNG

Sie verantworten die kommerzielle Entwicklung des PDX-Geschäfts in Österreich und der Schweiz und kombinieren operative Vertriebsexzellenz mit strategischer Teamführung.

Leadership & Commercial Excellence:

    • Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des PDX-Außendienstteams in Österreich und der Schweiz
    • Umsetzung der regionalen Vertriebs- und Produktstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit BU, Marketing und Regional Management
    • Steuerung von Vertriebsaktivitäten anhand relevanter KPIs, Forecasts und Business Reviews
    • Förderung einer kundenorientierten, datenbasierten und performanceorientierten Vertriebskultur
    • Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Wachstumsstrategien
    • Unterstützung strategischer Projekte sowie Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
    • Enge cross-divisionale Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung effizienter Geschäftsprozesse
    • Aufbau und Pflege interner und externer Netzwerke auf regionaler und internationaler Ebene
    • Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und strategischen Entwicklungsprojekten innerhalb der Region
    • Bei Bedarf Übernahme von Vertretungsaufgaben des Vorgesetzten

Key Account & Territory Management:

    • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung von Key Accounts sowie weiterer Kunden im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet in Österreich und der Schweiz
    • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen zu klinischen, wirtschaftlichen und operativen Entscheidern
    • Verantwortung für Umsatzentwicklung, Pipeline Management und nachhaltiges Wachstum im eigenen Gebiet
    • Positionierung der PDX-Lösungen durch bedarfsorientierte Beratung und hohe Kundenpräsenz
    • Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen, Schulungen und vertriebsunterstützenden Maßnahmen
    • Kontinuierliche Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundenentwicklungen zur Ableitung geeigneter Vertriebsmaßnahmen
    • Erstellung von Forecasts sowie konsequente Nutzung von CRM- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. Salesforce, Power BI)
    • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Dokumentation und Steuerung aller kundenbezogenen Aktivitäten

ANFORDERUNGEN

Ausbildung:

    • Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (FH/Hochschule) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung:

    • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Lifesciences, Medizintechnik oder Healthcare
    • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Key Accounts und komplexen Vertriebsprojekten
    • Erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld von Vorteil

Fachliche Kompetenzen:

    • Ausgeprägte verkäuferische und kaufmännische Fähigkeiten
    • Erfahrung im strategischen Vertriebs- und Kundenmanagement
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Forecasting, KPI-Steuerung und Pipeline Management
    • Gute Kenntnisse in CRM- und Reporting-Tools (z. B. Salesforce, Power BI)
    • Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
    • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

Weitere Anforderungen:

    • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französich-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
    • Führerschein Klasse B und entsprechende Reisebereitschaft
    • Reisetätigkeit: Regelmäßige Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Österreichs und der Schweiz (~75%)
    • Wohnort Schweiz
