  • Influence deal strategy and support opportunity execution through all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Develop and execute pipeline generation initiatives, campaigns, and strategic prospecting activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain an informed view of customer priorities, market trends, competitive activity, and evolving technology requirements.
  • Support forecasting activities and provide visibility into opportunity progression, risks, and growth potential.

Client Engagement & Solution Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Ensono's managed services capabilities and solution portfolio.
  • Engage confidently with senior leaders and executive decision-makers while helping clients evaluate transformation opportunities.
    • Facilitate discovery conversations, workshops, assessments, and strategy sessions with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and strategic objectives, identify desired business outcomes and modernization opportunities, and develop managed services roadmaps aligned to organizational goals.
  • Articulate the business value, operational benefits, and differentiators of Ensono solutions through presentations, demonstrations, and executive discussions.
  • Help clients develop investment priorities and build business cases that support decision-making.

Collaboration & Field Execution

  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Service Delivery leaders, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful sales motions.
  • Provide strategic support for solution positioning, proposal development, pricing discussions, presentations, and contract-related activities.
  • Help coordinate internal resources to ensure alignment and effective execution across active opportunities.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and share best practices that elevate team capability across the broader sales organization.
  • Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for sellers seeking deeper understanding of the managed services portfolio.
  • Partner with marketing and portfolio teams to execute solution-focused growth initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Business Insights & Voice of the Customer

  • Capture customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights to inform solution strategy and go-to-market priorities.
  • Actively identify barriers to customer success and help develop strategies that improve client outcomes.
  • Advocate for client needs while balancing business objectives and operational realities.
