The National Director, Integrated Specialty Practices is responsible for leading the business development and strategic growth of assigned National Accounts within Urology and Community Oncology to improve healthcare outcomes through diagnostic and therapeutic Oncology solutions. This role drives a cohesive national strategy while ensuring strong alignment and execution at the regional and local levels. The position partners closely with Regional Directors to support their efforts in managing local affiliates of National Accounts, ensuring consistency in strategy, contracting, and execution across geographies. This role optimizes resource utilization, strengthens enterprise partnerships, and leads complex negotiations, while coordinating cross-functional teams to maximize market potential. Additionally, this role is responsible for developing and executing quarterly and annual sales operating plans designed to exceed corporate objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of contract development, negotiations, execution, and implementation across national accounts and specialty networks
  • Lead and expand relationships with strategically important National Accounts and integrated specialty practice partners
  • Develop and execute national account strategies to drive growth, market penetration, and long-term value creation
  • Partner with Regional Directors to align national strategies with local execution across affiliated accounts
  • Support Regional Directors in managing local National Account affiliates, including deal strategy, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution
  • Ensure consistency in contracting approach, pricing strategy, and value messaging across national and regional levels
  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to Regional Directors on complex account dynamics and escalation management
  • Leverage project management expertise to coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate solutions that maximize market potential
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within National Accounts and assigned networks
  • Create an environment of collaboration, aligning cross-functional teams around common goals for national and regional success
  • Develop, execute, and lead rolling multi-year, multi-faceted national strategies
  • Ensure financial performance and key metrics exceed corporate goals across assigned accounts
  • Maintain deep market knowledge including competitors, technology, and industry trends to proactively adapt strategy

Serve as executive-level contact for key National Accounts, providing leadership, escalation support, and strategic direction

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or higher education preferred
  • 10+ years of account management experience required
  • Experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology preferred
  • Knowledge of the US Specialty GPO, IDN, and vertically integrated networks strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing National Accounts
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing regional sales leadership
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Proven leadership with executive-level engagement experience
  • Strong project management and strategic planning skills
  • Extensive experience in contract development, negotiation, and implementation
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies from concept to revenue generation
  • Experience working with third-party partnerships and large healthcare systems
  • Proficiency in coordinating activities across multiple functions and organizations
