Job Description

The Representative, Client Services (III) supports enterprise financial-institution customers by researching and resolving service inquiries, maintaining account reporting, coordinating escalations, and partnering with internal operational teams. This role serves as a knowledgeable customer-care contact and ensures timely, accurate, and professional follow-through.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, research, document, track, and resolve customer inquiries and Salesforce cases.
  • Review operational records, account information, service details, case notes, claims documentation, and system data to determine appropriate next steps.
  • Provide clear status updates, findings, risks, and resolution information to customers and internal partners.
  • Escalate aged, high-risk, recurring, or customer-impacting issues through the appropriate channels.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring account reports, dashboards, issue lists, and other assigned deliverables.
  • Support customer calls and internal reviews by identifying aged inquiries, recurring issues, performance concerns, and customer-facing risks.
  • Partner with Operations, Claims, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Global Application Support, and other teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate case notes, trackers, procedures, customer information, and handoff documentation.
  • Identify process gaps and recurring issues and contribute to training materials and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Provide team coverage and knowledge transfer for assigned accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer-service, customer-care, case-management, or account-support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and complete time-sensitive work accurately.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting banking, financial-services, cash-logistics, armored transportation, or enterprise customers.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Experience with operational reporting, claims or reconciliation research, service-performance support, and customer escalations.
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts and working with remote, cross-functional teams.
