About the Role

You will own the digital inventory and merchandising workflow that gets Ever’s used EVs accurately listed and ready for customers to shop. Working remotely with reconditioning, photography, sales, and operations teams at our locations, you will review vehicle data and photos, coordinate corrections, and track each unit from arrival through publication. You will maintain consistent listing standards across Ever’s website and third-party marketplaces and help resolve issues that delay a vehicle from going live.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the listing workflow from vehicle arrival and reconditioning through photography, quality review, and publication; track blockers and follow through on fixes.
  • Perform final review of photos for required angles, count, clarity, and consistency with the vehicle record; request retakes or corrections from onsite teams.
  • Create and audit listings by VIN, checking trim, features, mileage, condition information, descriptions, and EV-specific details against available source records.
  • Keep vehicle status and location accurate in inventory systems, including transfers, returned vehicles, trade-ins, and relistings.
  • Monitor listings on Ever’s site and third-party marketplaces; resolve missing photos, incorrect options, stale status, and syndication errors.
  • Track aged and stalled units, identify listing or data issues that can be addressed, and escalate pricing, recon, title, or disposition decisions to the appropriate owner.
  • Maintain clear merchandising standards and report on listing timeliness, photo completeness, data accuracy, and unresolved exceptions.
  • Partner with teams across locations to improve handoffs and support additional inventory projects as volume grows.

Qualifications and Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in used-vehicle inventory, digital merchandising, vehicle listings, or a closely related dealership or online retail role.
  • Working knowledge of EV makes, trims, range and battery information, and the details buyers need to evaluate a used EV.
  • Experience using a dealer inventory or merchandising platform, such as vAuto or a comparable system, and third-party listing sites.
  • Ability to reconcile vehicle records by VIN using spreadsheets, including filters and lookups.
  • Strong attention to detail and judgment about when to correct a listing, request onsite verification, or escalate an issue.
  • Clear written communication and ability to coordinate work with teams in different locations while working remotely.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with marketplace feeds, listing syndication, or photo-quality workflows.
  • Exposure to wholesale or auction processes, used-vehicle pricing, or inventory aging analysis.
  • Experience with SQL or a data warehouse.

Benefits

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • PTO
  • 401(k) plan
