Broadridge is Growing. We are seeking an Implementations Project Manager - FX and Derivatives to join a stellar team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects and transformation programs aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Translate executive strategy and business objectives into clearly defined project plans, milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.
  • Establish program governance, decision-making frameworks, accountability structures, and escalation protocols.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities while maintaining focus on critical business outcomes.
  • Drive projects from initial concept and business case development through implementation, stabilization, and transition to business-as-usual.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, resources, and risk parameters.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project, program, or operations management, preferably within FX and Derivatives.
  • Strong experience developing and executing project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to present complex issues and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Experience establishing project governance, operating models, reporting structures, and escalation processes.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, issue resolution, controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage open issues, action items, dependencies, risks, and executive-level escalations through resolution.
  • Experience with change management, organizational readiness, implementation, and adoption.
  • Strong documentation skills, including executive presentations, status reports, project charters, requirements, procedures, and governance materials.

Hourly range $58-60/hr
