The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is the world's largest coffee trade association, representing more than 10,000 members across 100+ countries — producers, roasters, baristas, buyers, and industry partners united by a commitment to elevating the craft and culture of specialty coffee. Through education, certification, research, and world-class events like the World Barista Championship, SCA sets the global standard for what specialty coffee can be. SCA is headquartered in the United States with a global presence across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in everything we do.
The Opportunity
SCA is seeking a contract recruiter to screen candidates and coordinate hiring for global roles. Given the volume and quality of incoming applications, limited sourcing is expected. The primary focus will be evaluating applicants and managing the hiring process.
Ideally, this person will work in the Eastern time zone to support coordination across global teams.
We anticipate approximately 10 hours per week for a three-month contract.
