Lead and inspire a high-performing Business-to-Business sales team responsible for prospecting, winning, and growing small to medium business accounts across Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. This leadership role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on coaching talent, driving new business growth, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results. You will play a critical role in delivering revenue growth while helping sales professionals reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2B Sales Associates and Sales Consultants.

  • Drive achievement of revenue, wins, and activity KPIs.

  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions and team meetings.

  • Partner with associates on opportunity prioritization and sales strategy.

  • Support virtual and in-person customer appointments.

  • Execute corporate sales initiatives and best practices.

  • Leverage next-generation selling tools and processes.

  • Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  • Recruit, hire, retain, and develop top sales talent.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results-focused culture.

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications 

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 5+ years of successful sales or sales management experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading sales teams and achieving business goals.

  • Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • B2B sales or B2B sales management experience.

  • Industry knowledge and experience building new business pipelines.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.  In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
