Content Manager

Ciklum is looking for a Content Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:

At Ciklum, we are looking for a skilled Content Manager to join our team and support an exciting project with one of our global clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and curating digital content, ensuring consistency and quality across various platforms. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to deliver engaging and impactful content that aligns with the brand’s vision. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where your contribution will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

• As a member of our team of content managers, you will oversee the development, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media
• Content Editing & Proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and tone to ensure it aligns with the brand’s voice
• CMS Management: Oversee the management of the Content Management System (, ensuring smooth content uploads and updates

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with common CMS platforms, ideally WordPress, Sitecore, or CoreMedia
• Basic knowledge of and experience with HTML/CSS
• English: Upper-intermediate level

Desirable:

• Experience with graphic and interactive design tools from the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working with Jira or other task management and tracking tools
• Systematic, fast, and accurate approach to work
• Team player who is willing and able to work hard and occasionally work overtime
• Professional and effective communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good computer literacy and ability to work efficiently and accurately
