Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Location: Remote opportunity for attorneys residing in Massachusetts or Delaware, with access to offices in the Boston and Wilmington areas. Initial interviews may be conducted by Zoom or in person depending on location.

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of complex litigation experience, a strong academic record, excellent legal writing skills, and active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state. Candidates must reside in Massachusetts or Delaware.

Job Description

  • Handle sophisticated plaintiff-side class action and complex litigation matters from early case development through resolution.
  • Research and analyze challenging legal and factual issues and help develop creative case strategies.
  • Draft briefs, motions, pleadings, discovery materials, and other persuasive legal work.
  • Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, case strategy, and other substantive litigation activities.
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys in a lean team environment where associates receive meaningful responsibility.
  • Help advance high-stakes matters involving securities, commercial disputes, corporate conduct, and other complex claims.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, experts, and other parties throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of complex litigation experience.
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license and good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Ability to manage sophisticated assignments with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Plaintiff-side securities litigation or class action experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a leading law firm or similarly sophisticated litigation practice is preferred but not required.
