Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Litigation Case Manager to support a busy plaintiff personal injury law firm. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing both prelitigation and litigation matters, ensuring cases progress efficiently and deadlines are consistently met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and genuinely enjoys working in the legal field. • Monthly Compensation: $1,220 to 1,320 USD


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures

• Organize electronic and physical case files

• Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders as needed

• Track, schedule, and manage critical legal deadlines

• Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case records

• Open and manage insurance claims with carriers and relevant parties

• Prepare and assemble settlement demand packages and related case documentation

• Obtain, review, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation

• Assist with administrative and legal support tasks related to personal injury matters

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time

• Support attorneys with case preparation and ongoing litigation needs

Manage both prelitigation and litigation personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Requirements:

• Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

• Schedule: ◦ Monday through Friday ◦ 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST


Required Experience

• Experience Required: ◦ Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal, Case Manager, or similar legal support role ◦ Experience handling personal injury cases ◦ Experience managing both prelitigation and litigation matters ◦ Experience obtaining and organizing medical records ◦ Experience preparing settlement demand packages ◦ Experience opening and managing insurance claims

• Software and Tools: ◦ Microsoft Office 365 ◦ Nextiva ◦ CRM software ◦ AI-driven legal technology tools

• Language Requirements: ◦ English proficiency required ◦ Spanish proficiency preferred but not required

• Additional Requirements: ◦ Strong organizational and time management skills ◦ Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously ◦ Ability to work independently in a remote environment ◦ Commitment to confidentiality and accuracy ◦ Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
