The following challenges await you:

  • Support EAMs and RSDs in planning and executing sales activities, events, and trainings.
  • Provide trained, approved hands‑on clinical support (dressing changes, product applications, evaluation/trial support) and progress to independent execution.
  • Serve as a customer point of contact; coordinate follow‑up and resolve inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare decision‑makers and influencers.
  • Manage order entry, tracking, and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Conduct disciplined cold outreach into designated target accounts and build a documented personal pipeline.
  • Perform market research, competitor analysis, and share customer/market insights with sales and product teams.
  • Stay current on product, clinical, and wound‑care developments to inform field activity.
  • Deploy nationally as a flexible resource for territory coverage, launches, evaluations, and strategic assignments.

Your Profile: 

 
  • BS/BA in business, healthcare, or a related field or equivalent experience required. 
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, ideally in the healthcare or medical device industry. 
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable but not required.  
  • Demonstrated drive, coachability, learning agility, professionalism, and comfort in a field-based environment. Familiarity with supporting field sales teams, including scheduling and organizing events, is an advantage. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing schedules. 
  • Comfort with virtual communication tools (Microsoft Teams) for meetings and presentations. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel to support events or meetings. 
  • Flexibility to accommodate travel or work outside standard business hours when required. 
  • Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies preferred but not required.
