Job description

Function/Duties of Position:
  • Develop and test algorithms to study the functional role of gain or loss of functions led by different mutation patterns using transcriptomics and genomic sequencing data.

Required Qualifications:
  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Major in Biology and general science related discipline.
  • One year wet lab experience.
  • Skills in bioconjugation, protein purification, fluorescence microscopy.
Additional Details:

Part time, ~15-20 hours per week. Flexible work hours.

Able to complete protein bioconjugation, purification and data collection and recording. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
