Position Summary:

Program Start Date: June-July 2027 (Subject to change)

Location: This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Alpharetta, GA office location. The other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice

Starting Salary: $43.00/hr 


Sponsorship: 

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. 

This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs 


About this business area: 

This organization is responsible for production support and operational excellence, while also maintaining accountability for security governance, audit preparedness, and compliance obligations.

This role will encompass both production support and operations responsibilities, along with identifying, implementing, and managing automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and streamline processes.


Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leverages programming skills to design and implement efficient and reliable digital solutions.
  • Writes code, develops software components, and implements functionalities according to project requirements.
  • Contributes to technical discussions, proposes design patterns, and makes architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Tests own code and participates in the overall quality assurance process.
  • Writes and executes unit tests, conducts code reviews, debugs, and troubleshoots issues to ensure the reliability and stability of digital solutions.
  • Creates and maintains technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, user guides, and other relevant documentation.
  • Seeks opportunities for professional development and growth, such as attending conferences, taking online courses, or participating in relevant training programs.
  • Manage incident processes to quickly resolve production issues and reduce business impact
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and improve efficiencies within system

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$29.72 - $59.42

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
