Position Overview: 

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Security Requirement: DHS ICE Background Investigation Required

Summary

The Program Manager will oversee contract performance, manage contractor personnel, ensure successful delivery of all requirements, and maintain communication with Government stakeholders. This role is responsible for quality, schedule, staffing, issue resolution, customer engagement, and overall task order execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contractor point of contact for ICE leadership.
  • Lead day-to-day contract management and execution.
  • Manage staffing, workload assignments, and subcontractor performance.
  • Oversee schedules, deliverables, risk management, and quality control.
  • Lead transition activities and operational continuity planning.
  • Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and program reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, DHS, and ICE requirements.
  • Support financial management, customer reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMP, FAC-P/PM Level II, or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of federal financial management experience.
  • Experience leading federal programs of similar size and complexity.
  • Strong written, verbal, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
