Security & User Administration Consultant

Experience: 4–6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Security & User Administration Consultant with strong expertise in Security & Controls, User Management, Roles, and Access Management. The candidate should be experienced in managing user access, understanding role impacts and dependencies, and ensuring effective access controls throughout the user lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user onboarding, access requests, approvals, provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.

Administer and maintain roles, permissions, and access controls.

Analyze role impacts, access dependencies, and potential access conflicts across applications.

Ensure user access is aligned with business requirements and security controls.

Perform periodic user access reviews and access recertification.

Identify and address gaps in access governance, controls, and user administration processes.

Improve onboarding, access-request, approval, and provisioning workflows.

Investigate and resolve user access and role-related issues.

Maintain documentation for roles, access processes, controls, and procedures.

Work with business, IT, security, and application teams to ensure users have the right access at the right time.

Support security audits, compliance activities, and access-control assessments.

Support AMS/IT operations activities related to user and access administration.

Must Have

4–6 years of experience in Security & Controls, IAM, User Administration, or Access Management.

Strong expertise in roles, permissions, access controls, and user lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of role impacts, access dependencies, and access governance.

Hands-on experience with user onboarding, access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning.

Experience with access requests, approval workflows, and access reviews.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Oracle Cloud/Application Security.

Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, SSO, and SoD.

Experience improving access-management processes and controls.

Experience working in an AMS/Managed Services or IT Operations environment.

Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week

Required Education and Experience: Any Graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud.
