Shiloh & Bros is a family-owned media company based in Nashville, Tennessee, that creates scripted family content. The team includes an in-house VFX department and films on an 80-acre studio property. The main Shiloh & Bros YouTube channel has more than 11 million subscribers, and the company also runs Nelson Boys, Shiloh & Bros Gaming, and Shiloh & Bros Español, which has more than 4 million subscribers across Latin America. Its music reaches millions of listeners a year on streaming platforms, and the company is growing from a YouTube channel into a full media company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Shiloh & Bros Español already has a large and loyal audience in Latin America, and the company is looking to reach the channel's full potential and grow it even further. The Spanish Channel Production Coordinator will work closely with the Head of the Spanish Channel to research the Spanish-speaking market, manage the channel's content calendar and publishing, review dubbed content for quality, and coordinate with the in-house editing team and outside vendors. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves content and wants to grow inside a creative family business with big plans for Latin America.

Dubbing Management and Quality Assurance
Well-managed dub orders, careful translation review, and clear vendor communication protect the emotion and humor that make Shiloh & Bros content special.
Manage the relationship with the dubbing company, including sending and receiving dub orders
Review all translations and dubbed episodes, checking for missing lines, translation errors, and changes that go too far from the original
Create clear, timestamped changelogs for the dubbing company
Send feedback to vendors in a direct, respectful way that keeps the relationship strong
Use good judgment to separate real issues from personal preferences
Track turnaround times and follow up with vendors when deliverables are late
Content Calendar, Pipeline, and Publishing
Build and maintain the Spanish channel's posting calendar for long-form videos and shorts
Map the full workflow for each piece of content and monitor the content pipeline to ensure each video is meeting deadlines
Set deadlines with the in-house editing team and follow up so files arrive on time
Create Spanish metadata for each upload, including titles, descriptions, and tags, and translate metadata
Upload and publish videos and shorts in the agreed order and on the agreed days
Organize content files and folders in Google Drive so assets are easy to find
Audience and Market Research
Clear audience and market research helps the team understand what Spanish-speaking viewers are watching and make smart decisions about what content to create next.
Research comparable Spanish-language YouTube channels and track what is performing well each month
Find trending shorts and popular concepts in Latin America that could be recreated in the Shiloh & Bros style
Monitor the foreign audience and gather viewer feedback from comments, polls, and community posts to understand what viewers like, dislike, and ask for
Prepare short reports on channels, trends, and audience feedback to bring to team meetings
Use YouTube search, YouTube Studio, and other tools to gather insights
Content Performance and Recommendations
Track views, subscribers, and engagement for long-form videos and shorts
Spot outlier videos and shorts and explain what made them perform well
Recommend original content ideas and clip ideas to the creative team based on research and data
Share monthly performance updates with the Head of the Spanish Channel
Shorts and Clip Selection
Review published Spanish long-form videos and identify the strongest moments for shorts
Flag scenes where the Spanish translation is especially funny or connects well with the audience
Send clip selections to the editing team
Review shorts from the English channel and suggest which ones could work for the Spanish audience
Team Support and Process Documentation
Join team meetings and track action items and next steps
Create and update SOPs
Suggest ways to make channel workflows faster and simpler
Although the responsibilities outlined above will form the core focus of your role, please note that your hiring manager may assign additional relevant tasks as needed to align with the evolving objectives of your position and the overall goals of our business.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience as a project coordinator, production coordinator, or similar role ideally in content creation, a marketing agency, a media company, or a YouTube channel
Experience managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple deliverables at once
Experience doing online research and turning findings into clear, organized reports
Comfort reading content performance data (views, engagement, subscribers) and drawing simple conclusions
Strong attention to detail when reviewing video, audio, and written content
Professional written communication
Experience with Notion, Google Drive, or similar project management and file-sharing tools
Must have own webcam, microphone, and computer (relevant software and subscriptions provided).
Native or fully fluent Spanish, with a strong ear for tone, humor, and regional differences across Latin America
Excellent English verbal and written language proficiency (C1-C2 in CEFR Scale).
Access to a quiet work area at home with reliable internet (100 Mbps or more).
PREFERRED ("NICE-TO-HAVE") QUALIFICATIONS
Experience coordinating with creative teams for multiple brands or clients
Experience working at a TV network or media network, especially with ratings or audience research
Experience with family content
Experience with YouTube Studio or TikTok
Experience with dubbing, translation, subtitling, or localization projects
A portfolio of content projects or campaigns
Passion for family content
Base Salary: Q12,000 base salary.
Role type: Full-time.
Location: Guatemala (Remote - Work from home).
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. CST

Skills Assessment Interview: This is a 60 min - 90 min conversation where we further test your skills, learn about your previous working experiences, and evaluate culture fit to the role and company.
Hiring Manager Final Interview: This is a 30 min - 60 min conversation with the position’s Hiring Manager (and potentially a few company team members) to get to know you better and to set the expectations and vision for the role.
The entire process usually takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the seniority of the position.
