Location: Remote across North America. Ideally located near Guelph, Indianapolis, or Calgary, but open anywhere in North America.
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

What you'll do

As the Business & Market Intelligence Manager, you will transform internal business data and external market intelligence into actionable insights that drive commercial performance, strategic decision-making, and profitable growth across North America. Reporting to the Business & Commercial Excellence Director, you will lead the development of business intelligence, commercial analytics, KPI governance, and market intelligence capabilities. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Commercial IT, and global stakeholders, you will develop scalable reporting solutions, deliver strategic recommendations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure commercial leaders have access to trusted insights that improve sales effectiveness, customer value, profitability, and business performance.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear business recommendations. You are a strategic thinker with experience supporting senior leaders through actionable insights, commercial analysis, and market intelligence. You enjoy partnering across functions, influencing decision-making, and driving continuous improvement through data, technology, and business intelligence tools. You are equally comfortable presenting to leadership teams, building dashboards, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities that support sustainable growth.

You'll also need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial analytics, market intelligence, sales operations, strategic planning, or a related analytical role within a B2B environment
  • Experience analyzing sales performance, profitability, pricing, customer performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Proven ability to develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service reporting environments
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills with experience supporting senior leaders
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics), and analytical tools
  • Experience driving projects, change management initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business actions
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are considered an asset
  • Experience within agriculture, animal nutrition, food production, manufacturing, or related industries is considered an asset
