Vice President, Provider Sales – New Markets

Join CarepathRx and Chartwell Pharmacy as Vice President, Provider Sales – New Markets, where you will build and lead a national sales organization focused on expanding access to home infusion and specialty pharmacy services. In this role, you will define growth strategy, develop new markets, strengthen provider relationships, and align sales and operations to deliver sustainable revenue, profitability, and patient impact across Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, and Oral Oncology services.


Responsibilities

·    Develop and execute the national provider sales strategy for home infusion and specialty pharmacy growth across new and emerging markets.

·    Lead, hire, coach, and develop field and inside sales teams, establishing clear goals, accountability, and performance expectations.

·    Build market expansion plans for Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, and related service lines.

·    Own sales forecasting, budgeting, commission planning, and incentive programs aligned with growth and profitability objectives.

·    Analyze market trends, referral activity, competitive dynamics, and business performance to adjust strategy and resource allocation.

·    Ensure new admissions, net revenue, gross profit, and market-development goals are achieved through coordinated sales and operational plans.

·    Lead the inside sales function to strengthen lead generation, opportunity qualification, and pipeline development.

·    Partner with Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Clinical, and executive leaders to support high-quality implementation and service delivery.

·    Expand relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, infusion centers, and other referral partners through consultative sales leadership.

·    Spend significant time in the field coaching sellers, supporting strategic calls, and representing the organization at educational programs, trade shows, and market events.


Required Qualifications

·    Minimum 10 years of experience in home infusion, infusion suites, specialty pharmacy, provider sales, or a closely related healthcare market.

·    Minimum 10 years of direct sales or sales leadership experience calling on physicians, hospitals, health systems, or provider organizations.

·    Proven success leading and developing high-performing field and inside sales teams across multiple markets.

·    Demonstrated ability to build growth strategies, enter new markets, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

·    Strong executive communication, presentation, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.

·    Experience developing sales budgets, forecasts, commission plans, and performance-management processes.

·    Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, and CRM platforms.

·    Ability to travel regularly and spend at least 50% of working time in the field.


Preferred Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

·    Master’s degree or MBA.

·    Leadership experience across Immune Globulin, Specialty Pharmacy Infusion, Oral Oncology, or adjacent specialty markets.

·    Experience expanding provider referral channels across national or multi-regional territories.



If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation and long term incentive plan.
