This position will require flexibility with working hours as the position will recruit in India as well as globally. Hours of work could require the successful applicant to commonly work 1:30pm to 10:00pm IST.

This role is a hybrid position and the successful applicant will have to work both from Pythian's Hyderabad office as well as from their home.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute global sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a strong emphasis on expanding Pythian’s technical teams.
• Proactively identify and engage high-caliber passive talent across international markets utilizing networks, industry communities, and targeted outreach.
• Implement and execute sourcing programs to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Manage multiple requirements, review candidate profiles, screen resumes, conduct pre-screens and update candidate pipeline progress in Pythian’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Mine our ATS to identify candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Stay up to date on competitive market information, current employment websites, and research and recommend additional recruiting resources and recruitment marketing avenues.
• Prepare all job postings, manage the job posting sites, ensuring a proactive and consistent candidate experience consistent with Pythian’s brand.
• Foster and cultivate an atmosphere of collaboration and teamwork between the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team globally.
• Manage the offer negotiation process by balancing candidate expectations while also remaining up to date on the competitive salary benchmarks for the market and advising managers on competitive positioning.

What we need from you:

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition or strategic sourcing experience, ideally supporting global recruitment. Of this experience, a minimum of 3 years must be in recruitment for technical positions.
• Proven ability to leverage talent market data, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment analytics to guide hiring strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced candidate search techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to work highly independently and as part of a global team.
