Position Overview:
The Director, Grant Management is responsible for coordinating federal grants, with particular responsibility for SAMHSA awards supporting the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. The Director oversees pre-award planning, organization, budget preparation, post-award administration, reporting, procurement, and closeout; ensures grants comply with funding-agency requirements, organizational policies, 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), 2 CFR Part 300, and other applicable federal regulations; and aligns grant operations across Finance, Program, Operations, and executive leadership. The role supervises the Grants Manager and strengthens the systems, controls, and processes that support audit readiness and continuity of 988 services.
