What You'll Do:
- Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
- Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
- Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
- Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
- Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
- Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
- Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to build productive working relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Work-From-Home Requirements:
- Must reside in: AZ, FL, GA, MO, MS, NC, NE, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
- Quiet, private workspace
- High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
- Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
- Must meet tech requirements before training begins
