WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our After Sales Operations team and keep our orders moving smoothly from facility to customer. You’ll coordinate transportation, work closely with carriers and internal teams, and make sure every shipment is delivered on time and with the right information.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and organise transportation of finished materials from our facilities and manufacturers to customers.
- Plan and arrange deliveries in cooperation with external carriers and logistics partners.
- Communicate with carriers regarding availability, collection and delivery schedules, transport requirements and any changes to planned shipments.
- Coordinate logistics activities with different internal business functions, including production, customer service and other relevant teams.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure materials are ready for collection and that loading schedules are aligned with transportation plans.
- Collaborate with Purchasing/Order Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of logistics-related activities.
- Monitor deliveries and proactively address delays, changes or other transportation issues.
- Maintain effective relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
- Ensure that transport-related information and documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Look for opportunities to improve logistics processes, efficiency and service quality.
- Support the team with other logistics and coordination activities as required.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple activities at the same time.
- Experience working with external carriers, transport companies or logistics partners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively with different teams and business functions.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to react quickly to changes or unexpected issues.
- Good attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Good command of English and Lithuanian languages, both written and spoken.
- The Italian language would be considered as a huge advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or transport management systems would be an advantage.
