Responsibilities

  • Configure issuer products (BINs, programs, limits, fees, and operational rules).
  • Parameterize Back Office (roles, permissions, flows, reports, and extracts).
  • Ensure all configurations comply with product rules, contracts, and network standards.
  • Support unit, integrated, and end-to-end testing.
  • Validate files, APIs, and events.
  • Align configurations with migrated data.
  • Prepare environments for cutover and go-live.
  • Provide technical-functional support during hypercare.
  • Document final configurations (as-built).
  • Design and deliver functional and operational training.
  • Conduct platform demos (Back Office and key flows).
  • Create and maintain user guides, manuals, videos, and FAQs.
  • Assist in the first operational cycles post go-live.
  • Identify recurring questions, usage errors, and escalate real incidents.
  • Channel feedback to Implementation and Product.

  • Configuración de Plataforma
    • Configurar productos emisores (BINs, programas, límites, fees y reglas operativas).
    • Parametrizar Back Office (roles, permisos, flujos, reportes y extractos).
    • Configurar integraciones con terceros (embozadoras, couriers, ATM, KYC, antifraude).
    • Asegurar que todas las configuraciones cumplan con reglas de producto, contrato y normas de red.
  • Pruebas e Integraciones
    • Apoyar pruebas unitarias, integradas y end-to-end.
    • Validar archivos, APIs y eventos.
    • Ajustar configuraciones según hallazgos de UAT.
  • Migración y Salida a Producción
    • Alinear configuraciones con la data migrada.
    • Preparar ambientes para cutover y go-live.
    • Dar soporte técnico-funcional durante hypercare.
    • Documentar configuraciones finales (as-built).
  • Capacitación y Demos
    • Diseñar y ejecutar capacitaciones funcionales y operativas.
    • Realizar demos de plataforma (Back Office y flujos clave).
    • Adaptar contenidos según audiencia (Operaciones, Negocio, Soporte).
    • Coordinar agenda y materiales de entrenamiento.
  • Materiales y Documentación
    • Crear y mantener guías de usuario, manuales, videos y FAQs.
  • Soporte al Cliente y Mejora Continua
    • Acompañar los primeros ciclos operativos post go-live.
    • Identificar dudas recurrentes, errores de uso y escalar incidentes reales.
    • Canalizar feedback hacia Implementación y Producto.
    • Proponer mejoras en procesos y experiencia de usuario.
