Responsibilities:
Summary:
The Manager, Fidelity and Operations supports the GEO Care mission: to be the leading provider of innovative, outcome-based, rehabilitative and technology-enabled services. This position is responsible for overseeing the development of outcomes reports and ensuring that programs adhere to evidence-based principles. The position is also responsible for continuous program innovation to meet the evolving needs of our customer base and working in conjunction with Area Managers to implement operational service delivery across the division.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Manager, Fidelity and Operations is responsible for program innovations and leading the program design efforts based on customer and market feedback.
- Ensures outcome reports are developed for each operation based on customer-defined performance measures and organizational goals.
- The Manager, Fidelity and Operations collaborates with Research and Training teams to analyze outcomes data and identify opportunities for program improvement.
- Supports Area Managers and Program Managers in the implementation and operation of programs that adhere to evidence-based practices (EBP).
- The Manager, Fidelity and Operations monitors programmatic systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operational effectiveness and continuous quality improvement.
- Works in conjunction with Area Managers to implement operational service delivery and documentation functions across assigned states or regions.
- Drives continuous improvement in customer service, program performance, and participant outcomes.
- Monitors and analyzes Youth Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support program effectiveness and reporting.
- Facilitates and participates in youth-focused calls and meetings to promote program consistency and quality.
- Coordinates and supports Compliance and Fidelity to ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborates with implementation teams on new contract startup activities, including software configuration and deployment.
- Supports specialized initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supports Proposal team with program narratives for proposal development.
- Conducts and distributes literature reviews to support evidence-based program development and innovation.
- Manages and completes special projects assigned by the Vice President of Non-Residential Centers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Job posting is anticipated to remain open until October 13th, 2026.
This position is fully onsite. No hybrid or remote opportunity is available.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required in social welfare or related field. Master’s degree /or Ph.D. preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience in the development, operation and/or implementation of community-based programs. Knowledge of, or experience in, all positions within a non-residential center preferred.
- Must possess an extensive knowledge of reentry programming and evidence-based program research.
- Demonstrated experience in programming and project development.
- Demonstrated experience with leading and developing staff.
- Must have the necessary drive and ability to lead change to implement initiatives.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key business leaders and management, including Area Managers and key corporate support functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
- 40% travel required with some work on weekends or evenings required.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills, business planning and project management skills.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stays.
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software typical to this field.
