pharmaceutical/clinical service to identify a
Clinical Services Project Manager for a
fully remote opportunity
Additional Details:
- Location model: Fully Remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Position Type: 12-month contract with potential to extend
- Pay range approved:$32- $35/hr
Responsibilities:
- Manage low- to medium-complexity clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation through completion.
- Establish project timelines, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, CROs, and site investigators.
- Oversee day-to-day sample process flow and ensure accurate result reporting.
- Track and communicate project reports and clinical study data.
- Identify potential bottlenecks and support timely project completion.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Collaborate with clinical sciences teams to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure project activities follow applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of project management and/or clinical trial management experience.
- Experience in a regulated, CRO, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, clinical, or laboratory environment preferred.
- Experience with clinical trials, quality/regulatory processes, and sample process flow.
- Experience with biological sample management preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and standard office software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time pressure.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Master’s degree and Project Management/Clinical Research certifications preferred.
